Trekking, also known as hiking, is a great outdoor activity for both adventure junkies and nature lovers. This involves walks along either a planned or an unplanned trail across the hills. More of a hill climb and descend, trekking scales through various altitudes in case of intense trekking and lengths of landscapes when it comes to short treks. At any case, it requires stamina to trek through the trails that would involve hours of walking, be it an up hill climb or  normal landscape walk.
